顧客在收到貨品後如有任何不滿意/不喜歡/不合穿, 可以在30天內無條件退貨或換貨 (只限正價貨品). 所有1) 特價品和 2) 非衣服類之正價品 (如鞋/帽/手袋/眼鏡/首飾等) 暫未提供退貨或換貨服務. 退貨前請先聯絡我們, 我們會盡快跟進.

*** 所有顧客需自付退貨/換貨運費. 我們只接受可追蹤的退貨/換貨 (例如有運輸公司單號或郵局掛號編號等), 如顧客選用無追蹤的平郵寄出, 需自行承擔一切寄失風險 . 退款會於我們收到退貨7天內安排, 款項會安排退回顧客之信用卡內. 退款處理後, 顧客會收到由我們自動系統發出的電郵或訊息通知***

YES! WE DO REFUND if you are not happy with the item/s.

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed or eligible items. All Sale Items & Non-clothing items (include shoes, hats, handbags, eyeglasses, jewelry, etc.) are ineligible for refund. Simply ship merchandise with all original tags attached may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Merchandise must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. 

*** Please allow 7 days for the processing of your return. A notification email will be sent to you once the refund is done. The original shipping fees from your order are non-refundable and you are required to return unwanted merchandise at your own cost. ***

For all international free shipping order, a delivery charge-back (based on the actual weight of the returned merchandise/s) will be deducted from the refund.

- Standard Weight (0.351-0.7kg): HKD130

- Heavy Weight (0.71-2kg): HKD290
